As a landlord renting out a property you are legally required to have a Gas Safe Certificate for the property and all gas appliances within it. This has to be performed by a Gas Safe Registered engineer.

Get your Gas Safe Certificate Today
Gas Safe Certificates must be renewed annually, we can visit each year to perform all the required checks and tests, meaning that you will never be without a valid Gas Safe Certificate.
We issue Gas Safe certificates for all checks carried out and landlords are required to retain records of services and maintenance for two years.
If your property fails to pass the required tests, our engineers will provide you with help and advice on any work that will need doing for them to be able provide you with a Gas Safe Certificate.
